The Venom DAO has submitted VIP-003: Migration to the Next-Generation Network Architecture, a proposal that, if passed, will see Venom move to a new, next-gen architecture.

The new protocol is ready for mainnet. It delivers:

• 150,000 TPS ⚡
• sub-second finality ⏱️
• advanced dynamic sharding 🧩
• improved PoS consensus, all while maintaining full backward compatibility 🔐

After a full year of rigorous testnet validation, the new protocol is ready for mainnet.

• Advanced dynamic sharding
• Improved PoS consensus
• Full backward compatibility

🔄 Key Migration Details:

• 1:1 token migration ($VENOM → new $VENOM)
• No changes to vesting or token supply
• One-way migration via official swap portal
• Old mainnet will remain operational for 6 months after launch
• All smart contracts, addresses, and products will continue working without modification

This upgrade is essential for Venom to become true settlement-grade infrastructure.
