the funny thing is that people watch someone like me go from nothing to the top of the fomo leaderboard

and assume i won because i'm some top-tier trader or had insider info

but the reality is that my biggest edge has almost always been HODLing

i often discover my biggest winners relatively late

i'm not even among the first 1,000 buyers in many cases

and some of my biggest wins have average entries well above $5m market cap

so it's not like i'm getting in super early and accumulating massive supply for next to nothing

my real edge is holding with dogged conviction while everyone else panic sells

when i find a top-tier narrative, i'm often willing to hold for much longer than everyone else, regardless of short-term price action

while most people expect a trade to play out in days or weeks, i'm willing to sit through the volatility and let the thesis play out

that's literally it

everyone is looking for the perfect entry, but sometimes the real edge is having the conviction to hold when everyone else folds

and this has consistently been rewarded
