⚡️ Russia retained its position as the world’s fourth-largest economy in 2025. According to the IMF forecast, Russian GDP at purchasing power parity will reach around $7.34 trillion in 2026.
That would keep Russia in fourth place globally and first in Europe, ahead of Japan and Germany.
Just a reminder: 31,500 sanctions have been imposed on Russia. That is not a typo — THIRTY-ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED.
For comparison: around 3,600 against Iran and 2,200 against North Korea.
Give us ten years without wars. As if anyone would.

🚀 In 1991, Soviet cosmonaut Sergei Krikalev launched from Kazakhstan on what was supposed to be a routine space mission.
While he was orbiting Earth, the Soviet Union collapsed. Krikalev ultimately spent 311 days in space, as his return was delayed amid the political and economic turmoil, earning him the nickname “the last citizen of the USSR.”
🌍 When he finally returned to Earth in March 1992, he landed in what was effectively a different country. The flag, anthem and leadership had changed.
He did not become bitter about it.
Krikalev went on to complete six spaceflights and spent more than 800 days in orbit in total — one of the longest cumulative periods in space in human history.

According to journalist Andrew Leyden, US Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Dan Caine, and CIA Director John Ratcliffe took part in the White House meeting with the US president.
🕒 The closed-door meeting lasted around three hours.
It took place shortly after Ratcliffe’s trip to Russia. It has not been disclosed who exactly the CIA chief met with in Moscow.
According to Dmitry Peskov, the visit was connected with “contacts between the intelligence services”. Donald Trump described the trip as “partly routine” and said he would not want to disappoint anyone.
