We are pleased to announce the Multi-Year Grants (MYG) funding opportunity under the Renewed Women’s Voice and Leadership – Ethiopia (RWVL-E) Project, a six-year initiative implemented by CARE Ethiopia in partnership with CARE Canada and six Principal Partners: ECD, UEWCA, NEWA, EWLA, TIMRAN and YWCA.
Eligible women’s rights organizations and women’s rights networks are invited to apply for flexible, longer-term funding to strengthen organizational capacity, advance women’s rights and gender equality, and contribute to sustainable movements. Besides funding, the grant offers organizational development, accompaniment, learning, networking and movement building.

ኮሚሽኑ አጀንዳዎችንና ምክረ-ሀሳቦችን አስረከበ

የኢትዮጵያ ሀገራዊ ምክክር ኮሚሽን ከሀገራዊ ምክክር ጉባኤ ተሳታፊዎች የተገኙ የአጀንዳ ምክረ-ሀሳቦችን በአግባቡ በማደራጅትና በኮሚሽኑ ምክር ቤት በማፅደቅ በዛሬው ዕለት ለኢፌዴሪ ህዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት አስረክቧል።

ኮሚሽኑ ለህዝብ ተወካዮች አፈ ጉባኤ አቶ ታገሰ ጫፎ ያስረከበው ሰነድ በ284 ገፆች የተቀነበበ፣ 81 እጅግ መሰረታዊ በሆኑ ጉዳዮች ላይ የቀረቡ ምክረ-ሀሳቦችንና 400 ዝርዝር ምክረ-ሀሳቦችን የያዘ ነው።

ይህ በእንዲህ እንዳለ ኮሚሽኑ በክልሎች፣ ከተማ አስተዳደሮችና በፌደራል ተቋማት ደረጃ ባካሄዳቸው ምክክሮች የሰበሰባቸውንና በክልል መንግስታት፣ በከተማ አስተዳደሮች እና በፌደራል መንግስት መፈታት ያለባቸውን አጀንዳዎች ለሁሉም ክልሎችና ከተማ አስተዳደሮች እንዲሁም ለፌደራሉ መንግስት በክብር አስረክቧል።

የኮሚሽኑ ዋና ኮሚሽነር ፕሮፌሰር መስፍን ዓርዓያ ባቀረቡት ሪፓርት ‎ይህ የሀገራዊ ምክክር ሂደት በሀገር ውስጥና በውጭ የሚኖሩ ኢትዮጵያውያንና ትውልደ ኢትዮጵያውያንን ያሳተፈ ታሪካዊ ሂደት መሆኑን አንስተዋል።

ሂደቱ የተሳካ እንዲሆን አበርክቶ ለነበራቸው አካላት ሁሉ ምስጋና አቅርበዋል።

የህዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት አፈ ጉባኤ አቶ ታገሰ ጫፎ በበኩላቸው ክልሎችና ከተማ አስተዳደሮች ኮሚሽኑ ያስረከባቸውን አጀንዳዎች ተገቢውን እቅድ አውጥተው በአግባቡ እንዲሰሩበት አሳስበዋል።

ለምክር ቤቱ የቀረበው ምክረ-ሀሳብም በአስፈፃሚው አካል በትኩረት እንዲተገበር ተገቢው ክትትል ይደረጋል ብለዋል።

ኮሚሽኑን በመምራት ለዚህ ስኬት ላበቁት ኮሚሽነሮችና ባለሙያዎች አፈጉባኤው እውቅና ሰጥተዋል።

በአጀንዳና ምክረ-ሀሳብ ርክክብ መድረኩ ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ዐብይ አህመድን (ዶ/ር) ጨምሮ ከፍተኛ የፌደራልና የክልል ባለስልጣናት ተገኝተዋል።

ትምራን በአዲሱ የክልልና የከተማ አስተዳደሮች በአመራር ደረጃ ለተሾሙትና በድጋሚ ለተመረጡት ሴቶች ልባዊ የደስታ መግለጫዋን ታቀርባለች።
ትምራን፣ የሴቶች የፖለቲካ ተሳትፎ በምርጫ ሳጥን ብቻ የሚያበቃ አይደለም ብላ ታምናለች። ይልቁንም ፖሊሲ የመቅረጽ፣ በጀት የመመደብ እና የክልል አጀንዳዎችን የመምራት ሥልጣን ኖሮ በውሳኔ ሰጪነት መንበር ላይ መገኘትን ያመለክታል። የኢትዮጵያ ሴቶች በከፍተኛ ቁርጠኝነት ወጥተው ድምፃቸውን የሰጡ ሲሆን፣ ትምራንም የፖለቲካ ወገንተኝነታቸው ሳይለያያቸው በውሳኔ ሰጪነት ቦታ ላይ የተገኙትን ሴቶች ሁሉ በታላቅ አክብሮት ታደንቃለች።
ትምራን በኃላፊነት ቦታ ላይ ያሉ ሁሉም አካላት ዜጎችን ያለአድልኦ እንዲያገለግሉ እና ኃላፊነታቸውን የሥርዓተ-ፆታ ፍትሕን፣ ዲሞክራሲያዊ አስተዳደርንና አካታች የሕዝብ አገልግሎቶችን ለማስፋፋት እንዲያውሉ ጥሪ ታስተላልፋለች። በተጨማሪም በሁሉም የሥራ አስፈጻሚ አመራር ደረጃዎች ከሁሉም ክልልና ዳራ የመጡ ሴቶች አካታችነት ተጠናክሮ እንዲቀጥል ታበረታታለች።
ትምራን ከማንኛውም የፖለቲካ እንቅስቃሴ ገለልተኛና ወገንተኛ ያልሆነች ድርጅት ስትሆን፤ የሴቶች አመራርነት እንዲከበር፣ እንዲጠበቅ እና እንዲቀጥል ለማድረግ ከፖለቲካው መስክ ከሚገኙ መሪዎች፣ ተቋማት እና የሲቪል ማህበረሰብ አጋሮች ጋር አብራ ለመሥራት ሁልጊዜም ዝግጁ ናት።
