If this French missionaries were sent by Colonial establishments; then how comes they collected donations in their home countries from churches and individuals. To date, Churches still pay real money for someone else to go to remote places like Northern Kenya to spread the goodness of God. Can Safaricom sponsor a mission? It will be a joke to the investors. Did colonial companies that sponsored armed trips to Africa really care about the Missionaries? No, they were just "ordinary members of the society" to them, just like today we have people who care about the church and those who don't have time. We have military personal who are Christians, and they supported the missionaries. We have workers in the companies who made good money and they assisted the church from their own good-will and not from the will of the establishments. We have Christian CEOs who donate good money to the church to penetrate remote parts, and others volunteer to be there. It is all done from the heart. Pray for France.
