Important Notice: TabiCard Holders Must Cancel Subscriptions & Remove TabiCard as a Payment Method

As TabiPay has entered its shutdown phase, TabiCard will no longer support subscription / recurring billing charges (including, but not limited to memberships, app subscriptions, cloud services, software subscriptions, and game subscriptions).

To avoid service interruptions, repeated failed charge attempts, or future disputes, please complete the following actions immediately:

What you must do (please do both)

1. Cancel subscriptions / turn off auto-renew
Go to each platform’s Subscriptions / Membership / Auto-renew settings and cancel or disable auto-renew.
2. Update or remove your payment method
Switch the payment method for those subscriptions to another card/payment method, and remove TabiCard from your saved payment methods where possible.

Note: On many platforms, removing the card alone may not cancel the subscription. If the subscription remains active, the platform may still attempt renewal at the next billing date (the charge will fail), which can interrupt your service.

Best practice: cancel the subscription first, then remove/replace the card.
