• GTF Institute Pvt Ltd has formally initiated legal action regarding the unauthorized access to internal company resources, unauthorized distribution of paid educational content, leakage of confidential company information, online harassment, defamatory activities, and related cyber activities.

• Based on the evidence submitted, an FIR has been registered by the Cyber Police Station, Commissionerate Jaipur, and the investigation is now officially underway.

• Multiple individuals, Telegram groups, channels, usernames, and other digital identifiers have already been identified and submitted to the investigating authorities.

• Additional evidence, records, and digital trails are continuously being provided to the investigating agencies as part of the ongoing investigation.

• We strongly advise everyone to refrain from sharing, downloading, promoting, or participating in the circulation of unauthorized content, confidential information, or defamatory material.

• Digital activities leave digital footprints. Those involved should not assume anonymity.

• GTF remains fully committed to cooperating with law enforcement agencies and pursuing all available legal remedies.
