Looks like Siri might finally become useful. Again. With iOS 27.3, Apple is opening up Siri AI to developers through App Intents. Apps can expose custom actions and content, while Siri can combine multiple steps, work across apps, and understand what you want based on context. Basically, our apps are becoming tools for an AI agent. Sounds great on paper. But after years of Apple promising us a smarter Siri, I’ll believe it when I see it actually working. For now, it’s just a developer preview. App Store submissions are expected to open in spring 2027. https://developer.apple.com/documentation/appintents/siri-ai-developer-preview #iOS #Siri #AI

Xcode has always been great at eating disk space. DerivedData, simulators, test results… you name it. And now that we’re running multiple AI agents across Git worktrees, we’re basically feeding it even faster. Antoine van der Lee made a handy Agent Skill that helps you find and clean up Xcode leftovers. Ideally, you should automate cleanup with worktree hooks and scripts. But if you haven’t done that yet, this is a pretty good place to start. https://github.com/AvdLee/Xcode-Disk-Cleanup-Agent-Skill #Xcode #AI

Go make your designers happy — starting April 2027, all apps and games submitted to the App Store will need to include screenshots for iPhone Duo. https://developer.apple.com/news/?id=kkphp5qo
