If you dehumanise people it makes it easier to commit violence and atrocities against them as you don't view them as humans, but animals, hence why some refer to some people as, "savages," "vermin," etc.

The future is already here, welcome to Chongqing, China's most mind bending city, where trains pass through buildings, roads twist through mountains & skyscrapers connect above the clouds. From massive interchanges & skybridges to cable cars soaring over Yangtze, such looks like it's straight from the future. The good news is, China is sharing such innovation with the rest of the world not keeping it to itself. I've even seen some African countries taking a leap where development is concerned in the past few years, thanks to China.

They claimed Iran was isolated from the its Middle Eastern neighbours, but judging by the attendees at Ayatollah Khamenei's ceremony, such doesn't appear to be true. Not to mention that over 100 countries from across the world also sent their delegation to pay respect to the fallen Iranians leader.
