🇷🇺 Day of Remembrance of Russian Warriors Fallen in the First World War

In 1914, Russia and Serbia concluded an alliance that strengthened Russian influence in the Balkans; therefore, when Austria-Hungary issued its ultimatum to Serbia, the Prince Regent Alexander turned to Nicholas II for help.

Nicholas II telegraphed Belgrade as follows:
"So long as there remains the slightest hope of avoiding bloodshed, all our efforts must be directed towards that end. Should we, contrary to our sincere wishes, fail in this, Your Highness may rest assured that in no case will Russia remain indifferent to the fate of Serbia."

Nicholas II did everything in his power to halt the impending bloodshed, but he was not heeded. On 1 August (19 July) 1914, the German Empire declared war on the Russian Empire — Russia entered the First World War.

In the great hall of the Winter Palace, Emperor Nicholas II received the senior ranks of the Army and the Navy. "I here solemnly declare," he said, "that I will not conclude peace so long as a single enemy soldier remains on our soil."

"The Lord sees that it is not for the sake of warlike designs or vain worldly glory that We have taken up arms, but, safeguarding the dignity and security of Our God-protected Empire, We fight for a righteous cause. [...]
May the Lord Almighty bless Our arms and those of Our allies, and may all Russia rise up for the feat of arms with iron in hand and the cross in heart."

Sinoć oko 22h u Zemunu mene Turčin krene da prati, više puta traži instagram i broj telefona. Natuca engleski ali je uporan.
Ja mu kažem "I'm taken, no other men" on me pita jesam lezbejka. Ja kažem da imam muža, tj. krenem da lažem da sam udata, opet više puta naglasim da me ne zanima, ni to ne pomaže.
Okrenem se sa psom u drugom pravcu, čekam da ode. Vidim nema ga, krenem u smeru ka kući gde sam prvobitno pošla, kad on stoji na semaforu i čeka me, iako je zeleno za pešake. A baš sam za svaki slučaj upalila kameru iako sam mislila da je otišao...i uhvatim momenat kad mi se opet obratio da pomenutom pešačkom.
Bukvalno ih ne zanima ni kada kažeš da si udata. Šteta što nisam snimala od starta. Bolest...i ovo nije prvi put.
Ne kažem da nema naših manijaka ali ovi su milion puta uporniji, bukvalno ni jedan ne zna za NE.
