RV👉 The fight between Washington and the International Criminal Court may be entering completely new territory. The Trump administration is reportedly preparing measures that could target the ICC as an institution — potentially restricting transactions with the court and limiting its access to the U.S. financial system.

That matters because the ICC has no army or police force of its own. Its authority depends heavily on governments, banks and international institutions cooperating with it. At the center of the confrontation is Israel: the ICC issued an arrest warrant for Benjamin Netanyahu over alleged war crimes in Gaza, while both Israel and the United States reject the court’s jurisdiction over their nationals in this context.

This is quickly becoming bigger than Netanyahu or Gaza. It raises a much larger question about who actually has the power to enforce international law when a major world power rejects the authority of the institution trying to enforce it. The next battle over the ICC may not happen in a courtroom or on a battlefield — it may happen through banks and the global financial system.

BRUCE BIG CALL SEPT 24, 2026 **** Starting tomorrow, we are to have several currencies on the Forex starting tomorrow through the weekend:  Dinar, Dong, Rupiah, Shekel, Ruble, hitting the forex.  Especially getting the Dinar and Dong. Exchanges any time after Sunday. There is a lot of money moved into place. We have 600 billion dollars moving every 6 hours to the RV through the QFS, to be there for us when we exchange.   When we redeem ZIM, the numbers are high- trillions. The money from those ZIM bonds is going to be held in our QFS accounts; they will be digital.  When we need money, we will move some of it into our primary or secondary bank accounts. That is when the money must be there for us to utilize.  We will get a debit/credit card on day one from Wells Fargo.

Hopefully, we can get appts before the end of September. Bruce heard we WILL be exchanging before the end of the month!!  We are awfully close. Everyone is excited about this coming to fruition and building new lives.
