Geschäftsführer der RM16 und Partnerin schlagen, treten und würgen Hausbewohnerin Die beiden langjährigen Bewohner*innen des Hausprojekts RM16 - Geschäftsführer/ Vereinsvorsitzende und Partnerin - gingen gestern Nacht in Zimmer und durchsuchten persönliche Sachen - darauf konfrontiert wurde eine Hausbewohnerin geschubst, gewürgt, geschlagen und getreten. Zwei Bewohner*innen kamen zur Unterstützung. Im weiteren Verlauf der Auseinandersetzung äußerten sich die beiden auch inhaltlich zum Konflikt - sinngemäß: "Das heißt Miiiiietshäusersyndikat, es geht um Miiiiete zahlen! Es heißt ja nicht Anarchistisches Häusersyndikat wo es um Politik geht. Es geht nicht um kollektives Wohnen, das wäre kein Anspruch des MHS." Bemerkenswert ist, dass in der eh schon völlig verschobenen Machtdynamik, der Geschäftsführer jetzt Mitbewohner*innen in einem Haus das zurzeit ausschließlich von FLINTA*s bewohnt wird, körperlich angreift. rm16bleibt.org

✊🏽✊🏼🏴 Solidarity with all who have been bullied or sued out of RM16 since 2018 and beyond   Last week, the court decided to confirm the eviction of nine people, including a teenager, in a case brought about by two people.    Even though the people who are behind these lawsuits try to frame themselves as fellow leftists, they are everything except allies. For almost two years, they have been trying to kick out leftist groups from different spaces by labeling them "extremist". Their "leftist" lawyer calls comrades "criminals" in front of the court and they constantly leak personal information about fellow activists to the public and the court system. Information for which the police are likely very grateful.    What some like to frame as an unpolitical "conflict", is much more then this. That this is not a conflict between two groups that needs to be handled internally: you can clearly see if you take a look at the chronology of the events that happened in RM16 since 2018.
