Telegram Officially Shuts Down "MagicGram" Over API Violations and Client Cloning DUBAI, UAE — Telegram FZ-LLC has announced the immediate and permanent termination of the third-party client MagicGram. According to an official statement from Telegram's legal team, the project was found to be in direct violation of the Telegram API Terms of Service. Investigations revealed that MagicGram completely duplicated the core proprietary code and interface of the official Telegram client without authorization, rather than offering unique, value-added features. Effective immediately, MagicGram's API access tokens have been revoked. Users are strongly advised to uninstall the application and switch to the official Telegram client to protect their personal data and account security.
