Videos over 20 MB used to fail because of Telegram’s bot file limit.
From 1 October 2026, paid users (anyone who has made a deposit) can swap faces in videos up to 100 MB and 5 minutes long.
1. Send your base photo as usual.
2. Send your target video, even if it is over 20 MB.
3. Tap “📤 Upload video”. An upload page opens inside Telegram.
4. Choose the video and tap “Upload and swap”.
The swap starts automatically. Your result arrives in the chat.
✅ Videos sent as files (documents) work too.
