2D Animator (Remote, Full-Time)

We are ONLY looking for candidates who can produce videos exactly like Agent Flappy animations.

We are an ambitious London-based creative studio, launching a brand-new 2D animated YouTube channel built from the ground up, going all in. Think Agent Flappy Youtube Channel style. Our goal is simple: 5M+ monthly views and content people can't stop watching.

Project details:
Faceless 2D animated entertainment channel. We're publishing 5–6 videos per month from day one, with high production standards and a clear visual identity. This is the ground floor; we want you growing with us.


What You'll Do

● Animate 5–6 videos/month using ready-made scripts and voiceovers
● Maintain consistent pacing, style, and quality across every video
● Bring your own creative ideas to the table; we want collaborators, not just executors
● Be a long-term core member of the team


What We're Looking For

● Candidates who can ONLY produce videos exactly like Agent Flappy animations.
● 1+ year of 2D animation experience
● Strong sense of rhythm, staging, and smooth motion
● Ability to follow and maintain a defined visual style
● Creative, communicative, organised, and deadline-driven
● Ready to hit the ground running; we're looking to start within a week

Conditions

● Fully remote, flexible schedule (deadlines come first)
● Per-video pay to start / permanent position after 4–6 weeks
● Consistent workload with videos dropping 5–6 videos/month (1–2 per week avg.)

Что нужно будет делать:
· Анимировать короткие 2D-видео (ориентировочно 12–15 в месяц)
· Создавать новые рисунки, проявлять креативность и участвовать в разработке новых персонажей
· Быть частью растущей команды и участвовать в решениях по развитию сильного бренда
· Анимировать по готовым сценариям и озвучке
· Следить за тем, чтобы юмор, темп и стиль оставались едиными

Что мы ищем:
· От 1 года опыта работы в Adobe Animate
· Умение вручную рисовать новых анимированных персонажей и сохранять единый визуальный стиль
· Интерес к анимации и креативному визуальному сторителлингу
· Умение визуально рассказывать истории с юмором будет преимуществом
· Хорошее чувство ритма, постановки сцены и плавного движения
· Базовые навыки видеомонтажа для сборки видео

About the Project
We are a media company that has already built multiple faceless YouTube channels in France, reaching over 1 million subscribers and +600M views in less than 2 years.
