Not just veterans!! Australians are doing it tough. Housesitting is on the rise. Everyday Aussies can no longer afford mortgages or rent and have turned to Housesitting to keep a roof over their heads. Think this is someone Else’s problem? Think again!! My husband and I are among those Housesitting because we can’t afford any other way to keep a roof over our heads and not live in a tent somewhere!! Really frustrating that people in general think this is something that happens to other people (or people with low/no skills). It’s happening to average Aussies and as a couple with no children living with them, unfathomable how families with children are coping!!
