Just a quick morning stretch after my run - my legs felt so stiff, and yoga instantly helped. Yoga is such a magical tool that lets me support my body whenever it needs it. Movement is literally life✨
What you see in this video is the result of 1 year of yoga practice (I had 2-years break before that). I didn’t do any sports before, and yes - I was stiff and not flexible at all. You don’t need to be flexible to start yoga. And no, I never did gymnastics. Yoga built everything you see here.
