🤝 A Step Towards Turning Solutions into Action! Today, Safe Light Initiative and Tafach Hiwot (Sweet Life) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), marking the beginning of a strategic collaboration built around a shared commitment to youth empowerment and community transformation. At the center of this partnership is “I Am the Solution” (እኔ ነኝ መፍትሔው), a flagship initiative that seeks to encourage young people to take an active role in addressing challenges within their communities. By bringing together Safe Light Initiative's experience in leadership and mindset transformation and Tafach Hiwot's strengths in media production and community engagement, the partnership aims to move beyond awareness and inspire meaningful action. From developing solution-oriented young leaders to engaging communities in humanitarian and environmental initiatives, this collaboration is about putting shared intentions into practice. #SafeLightInitiative #TafachHiwot #IAmTheSolution #YouthLeadership

✨ SAFE LIGHT SPOTLIGHT | Dawit Hailu Imagine spending a lifetime building your business, earning money, and creating opportunities—only to lose the trust and reputation behind it all. Would the money still be worth it? For those struggling to meet basic needs, money means survival, security, and opportunity. Its value cannot be ignored. But how we earn it matters, too. Dawit Hailu shares a powerful perspective: “I would rather lose money than lose my reputation and the legacy I have built over a lifetime.” As the co-founder of Akkoo Coffee and Managing Director of Wudassie Diagnostic Center, Dawit reminds us that financial success and integrity can go hand in hand. Money creates opportunities, but trust and character give success lasting value. The goal is not to choose between money and reputation, but to build success without sacrificing who we are. #SafeLightInitiatives #Spotlight #Leadership #Integrity #LegacyBuilding
