Hello, this is the STAT team.

First and foremost, we would like to offer our sincere apologies to all holders who have trusted us and waited with us. Bithumb has terminated trading support for STAT because the token did not meet its market capitalization requirement.

STAT AI, which we spent years preparing, had just begun generating revenue, and the burn mechanism had just launched. We were finally at the point where that work was about to show results, and it is at exactly this moment that we have run into such a serious setback. We are truly ashamed to face the holders who have supported and encouraged us throughout, and we apologize from the bottom of our hearts.

■ Business Operations and Token Burns

The business model we have announced will continue exactly as planned, without any changes. Even as you read this, STAT AI customers are using AI credits and generating revenue. Because the structure is designed so that real demand for the token grows as revenue grows, we believe that strengthening the current business and expanding our customer base is the surest path back to normal.

Token burns will also be carried out exactly as announced. One task equals one credit, and for each credit consumed, approximately USD 0.10 worth of STAT will be purchased and burned. Burns will be executed quarterly, and the results will be published in a burn report. In addition to the institutional Terminal, we are preparing individual memberships (Lite and Premium) for launch in December. Once they launch, we expect the burn volume to grow along with the broader user base.

■ Exchange Listings and Improving Token Performance

STAT continues to trade on LBank, and we are in discussions with a number of other global exchanges regarding trading support for STAT. We will announce the results as soon as they are confirmed. Returning to Korean exchanges is also a goal we must achieve. However, exchange reviews have their own requirements and timelines, so for now we will focus on building the fundamentals needed to pass those reviews.

The root cause of this situation was market capitalization and trading volume. Simply adding more exchanges could lead to the same outcome again. That is why we will pursue capital raising, improvement of our financial position, and STAT AI revenue growth at the same time, so that we first build fundamentals strong enough to withstand any review standard.

■ Communication Going Forward

As before, we will continue to share progress updates through the STAT Report twice a month. Each quarter, we will also share credit usage, revenue trends, and burn execution figures as they are. Rather than making promises in words alone, we will prove our progress through quarterly burn reports and real numbers. Once again, we deeply apologize to all holders for the concern this situation has caused, and we are committed to returning STAT to a stable course as quickly as possible.

■ 사업 진행 및 토큰 소각에 대해

우선 지금까지 발표드린 사업 모델은 흔들림 없이 그대로 진행합니다. 지금 이 시간에도 스탯AI 고객분들이 AI 크레딧을 사용하고 있습니다. 사용량이 쌓일수록 토큰 실수요도 같이 쌓이는 구조이기 때문에, 지금의 사업 구조를 강화하고 고객을 늘려 가는 것이 정상화로 가는 가장 확실한 길이라고 보고 있습니다.

소각도 발표드린 그대로 집행합니다. 1작업 = 1크레딧이고, 소진된 크레딧 수량에 따라 크레딧당 약 0.1달러 상당의 STAT를 매입해 소각합니다. 분기 단위로 집행하고 결과는 소각 리포트로 공개합니다. 기관용 터미널 외 개인 멤버십(Lite·Premium)은 12월 출시를 목표로 준비하고 있고, 출시 후에는 사용자층이 넓어지는 만큼 소각 규모도 함께 커질 것으로 기대하고 있습니다.

■ 토큰 거래 지원 및 퍼포먼스 개선에 대해

현재 남은 거래소인 엘뱅크 외에도 다수의 글로벌 거래소와 스탯의 거래 지원 여부에 대해 이야기를 진행하고 있으며, 결과가 나오는대로 공지드리겠습니다. 또한 한국 내 거래소 재진입도 저희가 반드시 이뤄내야 할 목표입니다. 다만 거래소 심사에는 요건과 일정이 있기 때문에 우선은 심사를 통과할 수 있는 체력를 만들어 두는 데 집중하겠습니다.

이번 일의 근본 원인은 시가총액과 거래규모였습니다. 지원 거래소 수를 늘리는 것만으로는 같은 일이 반복될 수 있습니다. 그래서 우선 자본 유치와 재무 상태 개선, 그리고 스탯AI 매출 성장을 동시에 추진해서 어떤 심사 기준 앞에서도 흔들리지 않는 체력을 먼저 만들겠습니다.

■ 앞으로의 소통

지금까지와 마찬가지로 월 2회 스탯 리포트를 통해 진행 상황을 업데이트 드리겠습니다. 또한 분기별로 크레딧 사용량과 매출 추이, 소각 집행 현황 등도 그대로 공유하겠습니다. 말로만 약속드리는것이 아닌, 매 분기 소각 리포트와 숫자로 증명드리겠습니다. 다시 한번 이번 사태에 대해 홀더 여러분들께 심려를 끼쳐드린 부분에 대해 깊이 사죄드리며, 반드시 빠른 시일 내로 정상궤도로 돌려놓겠습니다.

The token price is not something the project team can intervene in, so we are not in a position to comment on it. The exchange's review of the trading-caution (Investment Warning) designation is conducted by the exchange under its own criteria, and we cannot predict the outcome. Bloomingbit Terminal and the STAT Partnership

- Bloomingbit Terminal is an institutional-grade digital asset data platform unveiled on September 28 at EastPoint Seoul.

- It provides the high-quality data institutions rely on for decision-making, data that is not available on the open web: real-time analytics on 1,600 coins, 16 real-time on-chain data streams, real-time news analysis from 5,000 sources, institutional market data such as token unlocks, liquidity and ETF flows, and investment and capital data covering 8,500 investment firms and 5,400 institutions worldwide.

- Based on this data, STAT has developed "STAT AI," which answers institutional investors' questions, generates reports and supports decision-making. STAT AI is currently integrated into Bloomingbit Terminal.

[Key Update 1] Starting now, STAT tokens are burned in proportion to STAT AI usage

Every Terminal seat includes STAT AI credits as part of the institutional pricing, and the credits consumed by institutions are counted toward the burn. As the number of institutions and their usage grow, purchases and burns grow with them.

All STAT AI features are metered in credits (1 credit per task). Memberships and Terminal seats include STAT AI credits by tier.

As of today, for every credit consumed through STAT AI usage, approximately $0.1 (about KRW 136) worth of STAT is purchased and burned. (The burn amount per credit may be adjusted on a quarterly basis in line with changes to institutional pricing or AI model token costs. Any adjustment will be announced 30 days in advance and will not apply retroactively.)

At the start of each quarter, the number of STAT AI credits consumed in the previous quarter is disclosed, and the STAT project purchases STAT tokens in the corresponding amount and burns them in full. The consumed-credit tally, purchase records and burn transactions are disclosed with every burn.

*Credits are the unit used to measure STAT AI usage. They are included with memberships and Terminal seats, are not sold or topped up separately, cannot be transferred or assigned between accounts, and can only be used within Bloomingbit services. When included credits are used up, individual members can move to a higher tier, and institutions settle additional usage at month-end under their contracts. Credits are not refundable or redeemable; membership cancellations and refunds follow the membership terms of service.

[Key Update 2] Bloomingbit x STAT Individual Membership (launching by year-end)

Bloomingbit Lite and Premium, paid individual memberships that combine a lite version of Bloomingbit Terminal with additional benefits, will launch by the end of the year. Each tier includes monthly credits, and credits consumed through STAT AI count toward the STAT token burn under the same rules as the Terminal.

The existing STAT lock-up membership will be expanded and reorganized into the Bloomingbit Lite and Premium memberships, with the lock-up membership converted into an additional membership discount for members who lock up STAT. Details of the transition will be announced separately.

[Purchase and Burn Execution Principles]

Purchases and burns are executed by the STAT project. The per-credit rate and the execution schedule are disclosed in advance. On a fixed date each quarter, only the amount determined by the previous quarter's consumed credits is executed, and the timing and size are not adjusted at anyone's discretion. Purchases and burns are executed in a manner that does not affect the market price. The burn address is public, and the consumed-credit tally, purchase records and burn transactions are disclosed with every burn.

블루밍비트 터미널의 라이트 버전에 각종 혜택을 접목한 블루밍비트 Lite·Premium (유료 개인 멤버십)이 연말 중 출시됩니다. 티어별 월 크레딧이 포함되고, STAT AI에 의해 소진된 크레딧은 터미널과 동일 규칙으로 STAT토큰 소각 계산에 들어갑니다.

기존 STAT 락업 멤버십이 블루밍비트 Lite·Premium 멤버십으로 확대 개편되며, 기존 락업 멤버십은 락업시 멤버십 추가 할인 형태로 개편됩니다. 자세한 전환 내용은 별도 안내드릴 예정입니다.

[매입·소각 집행 원칙]

매입과 소각은 STAT 프로젝트가 집행합니다. 크레딧당 단가와 집행 주기는 사전에 공시하고, 매 분기 정해진 날 전 분기 소진 크레딧으로 정해진 금액만 집행하며, 시점이나 규모를 임의로 조정하지 않습니다. 매입 및 소각은 시세에 영향을 주지 않는 방식으로 집행합니다. 소각 주소를 공개하고, 소진 크레딧 집계·매입 내역·소각 트랜잭션을 매 소각 시 공개합니다.

[거래 유의 및 시세, 비즈니스 관련]

토큰의 시세에 대해서는 프로젝트팀이 인위적으로 개입할 수 있는 부분이 아니기에 답변이 어려운 점 죄송합니다. 거래소의 유의종목 심사는 거래소에서 기준에 따라 진행하며, 결과를 예단할 수 없는 상황입니다. 다만 스탯팀에서는 프로덕트, 토큰 구조개편, 비즈니스 등 프로젝트 차원에서 노력할 수 있는 모든 부분들에 최선을 다 하고 있으며, 결과와 무관하게 계속해서 비즈니스를 확장시켜 나갈 계획입니다.
