You cannot directly upload or attach a .pdf file to a public post on X, as the platform only supports images, GIFs, and videos for standard posts.
However, you can share a PDF on X using these workarounds:
• Use Cloud Storage: Upload your PDF to a cloud service like Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive, set the sharing permissions to "Anyone with the link can view," and paste the shareable link into your X post.
• Convert to Images: Take screenshots of your PDF pages or use a file converter to turn the PDF pages into image files (such as JPG or PNG), then upload the images to your X post or thread.
• X Articles: If you subscribe to X Premium, you can write and publish an Article directly on the platform instead of sharing a static document file.

This Telegram app update fixes the audio streaming issue on iPhones and iPads. Once you do it you will be able to stream again in Telegram voice chats.
However, the videos you choose to stream have to be outside of the Telegram app. If somebody drops a video directly on Telegram, you will have to download it first and play it from your photo album.
Below is the link to the Bug Report, and if you scroll to the bottom, you will see where Telegram marked it as "Fixed."
