We were featured on national television🎥🤩 A film crew from the Vesti TV channel visited the Alabuga Special Economic Zone to film a segment for the Russia-Africa Forum in Moscow. Alabuga Start became part of this story. The journalists provided an inside look at the programme — the site, the infrastructure and the participants themselves: their work and life in Russia. Not just general talk about partnership, but a living example of what it looks like in practice🔥 This is an important step for the programme. When Alabuga Start is discussed on such a platform, it gains a wider audience: more attention, greater trust and more opportunities for further development. And for the participants, it is an experience that will stay with them for a long time. Ordinary days – work shifts, first steps in a new country – become part of the bigger story of cooperation between the two countries🤝 📌Here’s a glimpse behind the scenes of the filming – what happened off-camera Join us on X | Join us on Telegram | Alabuga Start | Join us on MAX

UN Day: The Power of Cooperation🌎 On the day the world celebrates UN Day, we are reminded of a simple truth: together, we can tackle major challenges. Alabuga Start exists thanks to this principle — cooperation between countries, organisations and people. We help young professionals realise their potential, create jobs and build bridges between cultures. And all this is because we have chosen ‘us’ over ‘every man for himself’. Developing talent, strengthening the economy, creating opportunities – all this is only possible when we work together🤝 We would like to thank all our partners and programme participants. Together, we are stronger❤️ Join us on X | Join us on Telegram | Alabuga Start | Join us on MAX

We’re used to thinking of success stories as spectacular: a rapid rise, not a single doubt, everything going to plan🙌🏼 Real stories look different – they start with that first frosty morning, an unfamiliar language and a question you have to ask for the tenth time. Mystere’s story is just like that. Twenty years old, moving from Cameroon to Russia, working at the Road transport shop, and a journey where she had to learn so much from scratch – from how a car works to the cases in Russian🔥 We won’t recount her journey for her. In these cards are her own words: about her dad, who was the first to believe in her; about the moments when it became clear: ‘I’m succeeding’. And in the final card is some advice for those who are just thinking about joining Alabuga Start but are still afraid. 📌Look through them – and read to the end!
