Loosing a child to brain tumour is no small thing. It was devastating. It was quite an (horrible and shocking) event. A year ago to the date (on 9 December 2025), this happened. Going on remission from terminal illness for a second year in a row was no small thing. Another significant event. Yes, this also happened in 2025. Seeing another child grow into a fine young man (who just graduated from High School only to get admitted to a fairly prestigious university) is also no small thing. In fact , it’s an event worth celebrating. This, too, happened in 2025. The year has gone by… taking whatever it took from us along the way. But it also brought indescribable joy (even in the midst of grief). … As we forge ahead into 2026, I am infinitely grateful for all that, especially for the latter two events. For one cannot always take life for granted. #Into2026_with_gratitude!
