This problem is seen in the current versions of Telegram for iOS and macOS; 📍there are complaints about long delays — posts in channels and messages in chats are not refreshing; 📍media files are not uploading, and calls are not going through; 📍translation settings in Telegram iOS have disappeared. 🚄 The Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade has announced the completion of the design for the high-speed train on the Moscow–St. Petersburg HSR (High-Speed Rail) line. According to Minister of Industry and Trade Anton Alikhanov, specialists are now preparing prototypes of the key components for testing. The Ural Locomotives plant plans to finish construction of its production facility for the HSR trains by the end of 2026. Assembly of the first prototype is scheduled for 2026, with the train to be completed in 2027 and certification planned for 2028.
