Linkbuilder (Outreach specialist)
We are Proxy-Seller, a European product IT company that has been in the web data industry since 2014, offering proxy services for automation, parsing, marketing, and cybersecurity. Our mission is to help businesses worldwide achieve their goals through high-quality IP solutions.
We’re now expanding our SEO team and looking for an experienced Linkbuilder who can strengthen our backlink profile, scale outreach efforts, and support our organic growth across Tier1.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Searching for and selecting donor websites based on predefined SEO criteria.
Communicating with webmasters, negotiating placements, and ensuring smooth cooperation.
Regularly expanding and diversifying the donor base according to SEO team requirements.
Preparing, adapting, and submitting content for link placements.
Maintaining reports and keeping an up-to-date database of acquired links.
Monitoring indexing, link performance, and the quality of placed backlinks.
What we’re looking for:
2+ years of hands-on link-building and outreach experience (in product companies).
Proven success working with international markets, especially the US and EU.
English at B1+ level for handling communication during outreach.
Practical understanding of acquiring backlinks through guest posts, forums, Q&A sites, and other outreach channels.
Strong analytical skills for evaluating donor sites and checking domain authority, relevance, and quality.
Solid understanding of core SEO principles and best practices.
Confidence using Ahrefs, Semrush, Hunter.io, or similar tools.
Experience working with email marketing and outreach automation tools.
Excellent self-organization and the ability to manage several tasks and campaigns simultaneously.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative SEO team.
Would be a plus:
Existing donor database for the USA (guest blogs, outreach contacts, niche resources).
