* የልጆችና ወጣቶች አገልጋዮች ስልጠና በምስራቅ እና በምዕራብ ጋምቤላ ሲኖዶሶች ተሰጠ*
***የኢትዮጵያ ወንጌላዊት ቤተክርስቲያን መካነ ኢየሱስ የልጆች እና ወጣቶች አገልግሎት መምሪያ ከምስራቅ እና ምዕራብ ጋምቤላ ቤቴል ሲኖዶሶች ጋር በመተባበር የአገልጋዮች ስልጠና በጋምቤላ ከተማ ተሰጥቷል።
ስልጠናው ''ሁለንተናዊ ዕድገት ለልጆች እና ወጣቶቻችን" በሚል ርዕስ ልጆች እና ወጣቶችን በሁለንተዊ መልኩ ቀርጾ ማሳደግ ላይ ትኩረት ያደረገ ሲሆን ከምስራቅ ጋምቤላ ቤቴል ሲኖዶስ እና ከምዕራብ ጋምቤላ ቤቴል ሲኖዶስ: ፕረስቢተሪዎች እና ማ/ምዕመናናት የተወጣጡ የልጆች እና ወጣቶች አገልጋዮች፤ ቄሶች እና ወንጌላውያን ተሳትፈዋል።
በስልጠናው ለተሳተፉት ሰልጣኞች ለልጆች እና ወጣቶች አገልግሎት የሚጠቅሙ፤ ታቅዶ እየተሰራበት ላለው ቤተ መጻህፍትን በእያንዳንዱ ማህበረ ምዕመናን የማስጀመር ራዕይ የሚረዱ የልጆች መጽሐፍ ቅዱሶች፤ የወጣቶች ማስተማርያ መጽሐፍቶች እና ለቤተክርስቲያን ስነ መለኮታዊ አስተምህሮ የሚረዱ የተለያዩ መጽሐፍቶች በመምሪያው በኩል በድጋፍ መልክ ተለግለሷል::
የቤተክርስቲያኒቱ የልጆች እና ወጣቶች አገልግሎት መምሪያ ዳይሬክተር ቄስ ወንድማገኝ ኡዴሣ የተለያዩ መንፈሳዊ መጽሐፍትን ለቤተ ክርስቲያኒቱ ድጋፍ ያደረጉትን ተቋማትን እንደ Rafiki Foundation፣ Lutheran Heritage Foundation እና ሌሎችንም አመስግነው: ተመሳሳይ ስልጠናዎችም ከሲኖዶሶች ጋር በመተባበር በተቀሩት ሲኖዶሶችም እንደሚቀጥል ገልጸዋል::
የምስራቅ ጋምቤላ ቤቴል ሲኖዶስ ፕረዝዳንት የሆኑት ቄስ ኒግዎ ኡሞድ እና የምዕራብ ጋምቤላ ቤቴል ሲኖዶስ ፕረዚዳንት የሆኑት ቄስ ጋምቤላ ሉዋል : ስልጠናው የልጆች እና ወጣቶችን አገልግሎት ጊዜው በሚፈልግ መልኩ ለማሳደግ አስፈላጊ እና ወቅቱን የጠበቀ መሆኑን ገልጸው፤ ሰልጣኞች በወሰዱት ስልጠና መሰረት ወደ ተግባር መቀየር እንዳለባቸው አጽንኦት ሰጥተው መልዕክት አስተላልፈዋል::

Children and Youth Ministry Training Conducted in the East and West Gambella Bethel Synods
The Children and Youth Ministry Department of the Ethiopian Evangelical Church Mekane Yesus (EECMY), in collaboration with the East Gambella Bethel Synod and the West Gambella Bethel Synod, conducted a training program for children and youth ministry leaders and coordinators in Gambella City.
Held under the theme “Holistic Development for Our Children and Youth,” the training focused on equipping ministry leaders to nurture children and young people in a holistic and Christ-centered manner.
Participants included children and youth ministry coordinators, pastors, evangelists, and representatives from congregations and presbyteries of both the East and West Gambella Bethel Synods.
As part of the program, the Department provided ministry resources to support local congregations, including children’s Bibles, youth teaching materials, and various theological books. These resources will also contribute to the vision of establishing libraries in local congregations to strengthen children and youth ministry.
The Director of the EECMY Children and Youth Ministry Department, Rev. Wondmagegn Udessa, expressed sincere appreciation to partner organizations—including Rafiki Foundation, Lutheran Heritage Foundation, and other supporters—for generously providing spiritual and educational resources. He also announced that similar training programs will continue in collaboration with the remaining synods across the Church.
The Presidents of the East Gambella Bethel Synod, Rev. Gnigwo Omod, and the West Gambella Bethel Synod, Rev. Gambella Lual, emphasized that the training is timely and essential for strengthening children and youth ministry to effectively meet the needs of the present generation. They encouraged all participants to apply the knowledge and skills gained in their local church ministries.
We give thanks to God for the successful completion of this training and pray that it will bear lasting fruit for the growth of children and youth ministry throughout the Church.
