Account Manager — High-Risk PSP

В действующий платежный проект ищем сильного Account Manager с опытом в PSP / High-Risk Payments.

Название компании и детали продукта раскрываем после NDA.

Ключевой момент: база B2B-мерчантов уже сформирована, искать клиентов с нуля не нужно. Основная задача - развивать существующую базу и увеличивать реальный платежный оборот.

Задачи

— Вести и развивать действующих B2B-мерчантов
— Проактивно предлагать клиентам новые платежные методы, GEO и условия
— Анализировать снижение или остановку трафика и возвращать объемы
— Реактивировать неактивных клиентов и платежные методы
— Добиваться тестирования и запуска новых методов
— Координировать интеграции с клиентами и платежными партнерами от постановки задачи до production
— Организовывать добавление методов в платежные каскады клиентов
— Контролировать routing, положение метода в каскаде и фактическое распределение трафика
— После интеграции доводить метод до реального платежного объема
— Собирать обратную связь по conversion / approval / decline rate и стабильности методов
— Совместно с технической и операционной командами оперативно решать проблемы и предлагать альтернативные решения
— Масштабировать методы, которые показывают хорошие результаты

Интеграция считается завершенной не после подключения API, а после запуска реального платежного трафика.

Кого ищем

Приоритет — кандидаты с опытом в:

— PSP / Payment Processing
— High-Risk Payments
— Acquiring / Alternative Payment Methods
— Crypto / Fiat Payments
— Gambling / Betting / Gaming
— Forex / Trading
— других high-risk verticals

Необходимо уверенно ориентироваться в платежной терминологии и процессах: merchant, acquiring, pay-in, payout, cascading, routing, conversion rate, approval rate, decline rate, API integration, callback/webhook, settlement, chargeback, limits, traffic volume.

Особенно важна проактивность: не ждать запроса клиента, а самостоятельно находить возможности для роста оборота.

Если трафик снизился — выяснить причину и восстановить его.
Если появился новый метод — определить подходящих клиентов и предложить им запуск.
Если клиент согласился — довести до интеграции и production.
Если интеграция завершена, но трафика нет — добиться фактического запуска.
Если метод показывает хорошие результаты — увеличить объем и его приоритет в каскаде.

KPI

Основной KPI — реальный платежный оборот действующей клиентской базы.

Дополнительно:

— рост оборота существующих клиентов
— количество запущенных платежных методов
— успешные интеграции и скорость их запуска
— доля активных клиентов
— реактивация клиентов и методов
— фактический объем после интеграции
— revenue / gross profit по клиентской базе
