And in my opinion, roughly 97% of cancers are parasitical. 🪱
That's one of the reasons I've been fascinated by photodynamic therapy for years.
Cancer clinics have used photodynamic therapy and plant porphyrins for decades. These therapies use light to activate compounds inside the body, and studies report remarkable tumor reductions.
I believe one reason is simple:
🦠 Parasites cannot thrive in light, energy, and vibration.
We've spent decades focusing almost exclusively on killing cells, while asking very few questions about what may be living inside them.
Could parasites play a much bigger role in chronic disease than we thought?
That's exactly what Jonathan Otto and I discuss in The Human Shutdown.
This powerful new docu-series brings together 40 world-renowned experts to explore why chronic disease is rising faster than ever.

Researchers found that several common food additives—including maltodextrin, gum arabic, guar gum, locust bean gum, DATEM, sorbitan monostearate, glyceryl stearate, and glyceryl oleate—reduced the amount of Akkermansia, a beneficial gut bacterium. Although the decrease was not statistically significant, it showed a clear trend.
Studies in people have also shown that individuals with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), especially ulcerative colitis, tend to have lower levels of Akkermansia than healthy people.
Higher levels of Akkermansia are linked to better gut health, improved metabolism, and lower inflammation, suggesting this beneficial bacterium may help protect against chronic inflammatory diseases.
> Although many people assume that all emulsifiers affect the gut in the same way, this study found that this is not true.
Soy lecithin and mono- & diglycerides did not cause major changes to the gut microbiome.
However, sunflower lecithin had a different effect. It significantly increased FliC, a marker linked to gut inflammation, compared with soy lecithin.
Researchers believe this may be because sunflower lecithin contains more omega-6 fatty acids, which can promote inflammation.
The researchers also compared mono- & diglycerides, glyceryl oleate, and glyceryl stearate. While the first two had little or no effect on the gut microbiome, glyceryl stearate caused significant harmful changes.
Key takeaway: Even food additives that have a similar chemical structure can have very different effects on your gut bacteria. Some appear relatively harmless, while others may disrupt the gut microbiome and increase inflammation.

Everyone debates over grass-fed, organic, or pasture-raised.
But almost no one ever thinks about this:
How many animals are actually on your plate? 🐄🐄🐄
Hamburgers aren’t made from one animal anymore. 🍔
Modern food processing facilities receive 2,000 lbs boxes of meat from thousands of cows, often from several different countries, that are all mixed together. 🏭
That means thousands of different farms, processing facilities, bacteria, and DNA strands in one single hamburger.
When meat from thousands of animals is ground together into one batch, you're taking in the combined energetic and biological material from every animal in that blend. 😳
🇺🇸 The real freedom this Fourth of July is to choose what ends up on your family’s table.
