Don't say: a very important decision
Say: a crucial decision

Don't say: a very clear solution

2️⃣ Do not begin your sentences with "There is" or "It is".

Say: The government should choose between two possible solutions.

Don't say: It is important to introduce a new policy.

3️⃣ Use strong verbs
